Abstract

To reduce the cost of construction and installation works, reduce operating costs and improve functional and operational reliability of engineering systems used in the building need to review the objective function in the design and construction of the building. To construct such an objective function must be decomposed into a number of objectives tasks, each of which would ensure more efficient use of local raw materials and alternative energy sources. Methodology. Performed qualitative and quantitative assessment of the criterion of resource efficiency in the construction and operation of buildings. On the basis of expert judgment is made formulation of the principle of creating a two-level and three-level systems provide indoor climate parameters. Performs efficiency analysis of building design and engineering systems for the above objective. Findings. To achieve this goal it is necessary to solve the minimax problem, minimizing the use of resources to best match the requirements of standardized comfort of living.. One solution to this problem seems to create a cluster-complex, which refers to a complex of lowrise semi-detached houses, which are enclosed space composed of residential units and public premises. To ensure the implementation of the developed concept formulated the following objectives: to develop production technology of building structures reduced energy intensity by using local raw materials and alternative energy sources; to develop the technology of construction of buildings; develop concepts of two-level and three-level systems providing microclimate parameters climatic equipment; develop independent generation system heating and cooling energy for building cluster-complex; modes and to develop criteria that will be determined by the number of levels and the proportion of coating thermal load each level of HVAC equipment; develop concepts provide hot water each block cluster complex. Originality. Formulated the principle of creating a two-tier and three-tier systems provide indoor climate parameters can improve the energy efficiency of buildings and defines the parameters as structural and technological solutions of the building and premises used air-conditioning systems. Practical value. These tasks will reduce the cost of construction and installation works, reduce operating costs and improve the performance and operational reliability of engineering systems used in the building.
