Basic signs of national economy to the period of the ukrainian cossack state

Method Studies ? historically, comparative, lyteraturnыy, opysatelnыy. Results work. The basic signs of national economy of the Ukrainian cossack state are analysed in the article. Thefeatures of forming of the financial system, money-and-creditad fiscal systems of these twenty-four hours are examined. Application of the results - the research data can be used in the teaching process, the teaching of educational disciplines "History of Ukraine", "Finance", "budget system", "tax system". The national economy emerged and developed on the basis of the state (Ukrainian Cossack state) and the deepening social division of labor. They were formed the main features of the national economy: economic ties (the development of domestic and foreign trade); single economic space (Hetman wagons, the availability of currency, the formation of a unified financial system and its components); a single economic center (moderate external and internal economic policy of Bogdan Khmelnitsky) suverinitet (hetman power as head of state and his government, the power of hetman had a national character) and a common territory. In this period we have established financial system Ukrainian Cossack state, as evidenced by the Treasury set up, the system of taxes and duties, border fees and their mandatory contributions to the state budget, the cost of it, as well as the monetary system.
