Abstract

Children suffering from scoliosis and the adaptive strength ratio of children's group were studied on the basis of absolute and relative number of key populations of immunocompetent cells. To examine the extent of adaptive strength of children with scoliosis at the age of 7 ? 10 years based on the value of the absolute and relative ratio of major immunocompetent cells in the peripheral blood. The study was conducted with 15 children of 7 ? 10 years with scoliosis (9 boys and 6 girls). In a control group the similar studies were conducted among 22 healthy students (12 boys and 10 girls). It is proved that biomedical and educational researches from different countries focus on primary schoolchildren's healthy lifestyle, and observing their physical activity. The first stage was a study of absolute and relative ratio of key indicators of immune cells which determine the degree of adaptive strength and area of adaptation of children with scoliosis. Strength level of adaptation of children with scoliosis is not really studied by the reason of the limited contingent in certain regions. Therefore, we attempted to determine the degree of stress adaptation in children with scoliosis at the age of 7 ? 10 years. Implementation of this section of work pursued two tasks. Healthy children aged 7 ? 10 years, the level of adaptive strength does not depend on the sex and it is equal to the lower boundary of the training. Individual indicators of adaptive strength of most boys are in the sphere of training 66.67 %, and the girls have 90.0 % ratio. Comparing the level of stress adaptation among boys and girls with scoliosis it is possible to conclude that the overall level of stress adaptation in girls tends to increase at 2.27 % compared to boys with scoliosis of the same age. Adaptation index of boys with scoliosis is increased by 10 %, and 12.5 % of girls, it suggests the possibility of a favorable prognosis of psychophysical development of children in this age group (7 ? 10 years). Children with scoliosis at the age of 7 ? 10 years have a lower level of adaptive strenght compared to healthy peers. Level of adaptation activation installed 16.7 - 22.2 %.
