Abstract
ObjectivePancytopenia is a common hematological problem. It is the simultaneous presence of a decreased RBC, WBC platelet count. Many disorders can cause pancytopenia. Theaim of this study is to compare retrospectively, the incidence of the underlying pathology in the bonemarrow in cases presenting with pancytopenia at our college.Materials and methodsHundred casesof pancytopenia were included in the study over a period of two years in the department of pathology.
