REGIONAL INVESTMENT POLICY

The article deals with the content of a regional investment policy; mechanisms for its implementation, study and choice of priorities of investment activity in the region; proposed program for the development of an attractive investment climate in the region; reflected directions of improvement of the investment policy in the Republic of Belarus, including the improvement of the forms of attracting foreign capital, tools and mechanisms for increasing investment activity. Objective: To strengthen the regional investment activity by improving the regional investment policy. Methodology: The study is based on a toolkit of general scientific methods of cognition. The results: in the framework of regional policy of the mechanisms of implementation of the regional investment policy, justification and selection of investment priorities in the region; a program for creating a favorable investment climate in the region; suggested ways of improving the investment policy in the Republic of Belarus, including the form of attracting foreign capital.
