The chosen problem is relevant as using of pedagogical opportunities of conductive and choral subjects is an effective tool of forming future music teachers' professional competence due to involving them into active individual and group performing activity (participating in performances of educational choral group and managing it while working practically with choir). Procedural and functional analysis of conductive and choral training of art faculty students is done. The analysis allowed disclosing the most important tool for students' conducting and choral training. In the conclusion the author emphasizes on the fact that a characteristic creative feature of a music teacher's activity is a high level of creative activity that aims at implementing musical and creative abilities in the process of perception of the individual's new spiritual needs, which help get practical experience. The system of indirect management in the creative process on the basis of a creative and reflexive manner is optimum. This property gains the special value in the process of interpreting music art and aesthetic image. The future music teachers' attention should be paid to the lack of a student's holistic vision of the art and music image. The problem of the future teachers' creative development is connected with forming creativity, with efficient searching forms, methods, tools and techniques that intensify the independence of musical thinking in the process of interpretative activity. In the process, a gap between rational and emotional aspects of art and musical activities has been found.
