Abstract
This paper discusses a traffic flow model from the viewpoint of car drivers on a single lane traffic. Then, we consider boundary and fluctuation effects which are of drivers effects. The boundary effect is an interaction that drivers feel the pressure between two cars. The fluctuation effect is to accelerate or slow down the speed randomly. Their effects are closely related to how we drive a car for achieving higher traffic resource usages. This paper introduces several drivers types based on the boundary and fluctuation effects considering two kinds of car moving types: a fast moving and a sure moving, and examines the traffic flow features among their drivers types by a computer simulation.
