Problem Aspects of Creation of Regional Innovative Systems and Bringing in of Investments in-Economy of Ukraine

The article analyzes the legal conflict in the process of creation and functioning of industrial parks in Ukraine. Defined problems filling of industrial parks and attract investors. Investigated the institutional basis for the formation of the investment climate in Ukraine, analyzed the experience of other countries in the development of industrial parks. Identified problematic moments of creation of industrial parks in Ukraine. Developed recommendations to improve the national investment legislation taking into account foreign experience the European experience, namely the proposed creation of new legislative acts, which will create favorable conditions for the operation of industrial parks.
