Formation of innovative mechanism in the conditions of asymmetrical global development

The article discloses the development of theoretical, scientific and methodological approaches to the formation of the mechanism of the national innovative system in the conditions of asymmetrical global development.The evolution of theoretical approaches to the development of the national innovative system and the factors influencing it were researched. Scientific approaches concerning understanding the essence of the support mechanism of the development of the national innovative system under the influence of global challenges were thoroughly studied. The level of the innovative development of the world countries was analysed and the forms of asymmetrical development of the innovativeness of their economy were defined. The factors of the formation of innovative mechanism in the conditions of asymmetrical global development were defined. The trends of improvement of the Ukrainian innovative mechanism in the conditions of asymmetrical global development were grounded.
