Abstract
The analysis of the concepts of organizational change and resistance to organizational change personnel. The characteristics of organizational change were carried out. The classification of organizational change was determined. The factors that impede the implementation of organizational changes at the company were shown. The role and characteristics of leaders in the processes of organizational change were disclosed. The policy changes formation of the company was described. The causes and factors of the resistance of the personnel to the organizational changes are varied. The factors can be divided into certain groups: psychological, social, organizational, professional and economic.
