Abstract
The theoretical principles of fiscal decentralization are considered, its impact on the socio-economic development are proven in the article. European models of the local budget are researched. State policy of financial support for the regional development in Ukraine is analysed. The features of the fiscal decentralization in Ukraine are systematized. The choice of increasing of the economic and financial regions’ independence trends in Ukraine is formed.
