Abstract
Socio-economic essence and correlation of concepts is investigational: motivation, stimuli, salary. The analysis of the state of motivation of labour in the economy of Ukraine is conducted. Practical recommendations are Given on perfection of mechanisms of motivation, stimulations of efficiency of labour in the conditions of socio-economic crisis in a country.
