CREATIVE ACTIVITY OF STUDENTS OF TYUMEN UNIVERSITIES

Preparation of experts corresponding needs of a modern employer requires a reori- entation of higher education system with traditional teaching methods, based on a teaching of finished professional knowledge and skills, also on the methods of contributing to the devel- opment of creative potential of students. This article presents the results of a survey of stu- dents in Tyumen universities, which results accomplished a comparison of motivation indica- tors, values and self-esteem of creative qualities of students' personality with indicators of their creative activity.
