Analysis of The Intermediaries Structures During the Search Process Ways Out to International Markets

The need to research and analysis intermediaries as one of the important requirements towards the exit on the international markets is proved. The feasibility and need for intermediaries on the way to enter the international markets has been disclosed. The most common and available intermediaries has been investigated. The list of services and activities that they develop and provide, the main advantages and disadvantages were studied. The effectiveness of the functioning of these structures from the perspective of effectiveness of measures, programs and services they provide has been analyzed.
