Abstract
To quantify theability tomanagecomplex organizationalstructuresto respond adequately tochanges in the externalenvironment,the techniquebased on theanalysis of the linkswithinthe management structure.It was determinedthat the analyticallevel ofthe management structureof envygreatlyon the number andnature of the linksbetween subsystemsin the adoptedgovernance structure.
