The issues of machine-building complex recovery of Ukraine under development of cooperative ties

The state of the machine-building enterprises and the economy of Ukraine were researched and the major factors constraining their development were identified in the article. The forming of new regional integrated structures of machine-building was proposed. They are industrial clusters as a form of informal construction of a territorial industrial complex, which will favour the implementation of technological ideas in the strategic sectors of industrial production. This structure will form high-production technologies of raw material and production process; that will intensify the specialization of enterprises, improve the technical and technological level of the national industry, thereby start the of recovery mechanism of the industrial potential of the country.
