О. A. Plevako: fate rights in the context totalytar era

Abstract

It was highlighted a vital and a creative way of the Ukrainian writer and economist Olexander Antonovych Plevako (1899–1990) on which destiny has dropped out in total 26 years Stalin concentration camps. He was born in the village of Dvorichna in Kharkovcshina in the family of Ukrainian petty burghers who gave the Ukraine a famous literary critic M. A. Plevako (1890–1941) and the diaspora of social political and Church leader P. A. Plevako (1888–1986). It was viewed the conditions of formation of the personality of Olexander Plevako, especially his studies at the gymnasium of the Kharkov and Kiev Commercial Institute, its scientific activity of the Academy of Sciences. Based on documentary and narrative sources highlighted features of arrests, investigations and prosecutions О. Plevako in 1928, 1938 and 1949 years. Since 1956 the writer lived in Dnieprodzerzhinsk. It is rehabilitated in 1958. Features are described of the literary activity of O. A. Plevako main genre of which were stories about animals. Despite the repression, the writer is not broke, having left a rich creative heritage.
