Abstract

This research was devoted to the history of the creation of the Operational staff of Rosenberg, its organizational structure and tasks. The article describes the process of creating the Operational staff of Rosenberg, a Nazi organization, who actively participated in the robbery of a variety of cultural values on all the territories occupied by the Third Reich. There have been defined propaganda and real goals of the activities of the Operational staff of Rosenberg. In this article is analyzed the structure of this Nazi organization, its research and executive units, such as sonderstaffs, main working groups, working groups, branches, the sonderkommandos etc. Also the author tells the story of a High school (a major ideological and scientific organization of the Third Reich, the duty of which was to conduct large-scale research ideological opponents of the national socialists: the Bolsheviks, Jews, Masson etc.) and its institutions: Central library - research center of the German nation and history, and Eastern library of Rosenberg, a research center of history and culture of Russians, Ukrainians, Belarusians, Baltic Germans and the centre of studies of the ideas and practice of Bolshevism.
