In the current economic conditions, the survival of enterprises depends on the level of strategic planning. Only with a clear understanding of the purpose of the company and their timely adjustment in accordance with changes in the external environment will ensure the success of entrepreneurial activities. In this paper, we consider the SWOT analysis as a method of creating a strategy for a specific company «Soft service» café «Voyage».
