In the light of the ever increasing value of ecology for the mankind an issue of correlation between environmental rights and other constitutional rights arises. If willing to protect the environment a group of people decides to trespass someone's property to hold a demonstration there to attract attention to possible negative human activities impact on the nature, would their actions be considered as lawful? The balance between these crucial rights can be found, however, none of them should be diminished.
