THE MANAGER OF “DEATH GROUP” AS A NEW LEADER OF YOUTH EXTREMISM

In this article, the main psychological characteristics of the potential manager of suicide Internet group are specified, the conclusion is drawn that such manager can belong to the histrionic personality type. A problem of research object is its underdevelopment in legal literature. The work purpose is to give the characteristic to a psychological portrait of the manager of "death group". As a result, a psychological portrait of groups' manager of the "Blue Whale" movement as variations of youth neo-extremism in the cybersphere is made. In this regard, a new edition of Art. 110 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation is suggested.
