The study is committed to the analysis of the simple structure in the modern organization. The aim is to examine the organization as an object of control. Tasks arising from that are associated with the perception of the “simple” structure as a key, creating conditions for targeted staff development. Multi-aspect nature of the subject implies the use of basic analytical methods.
