ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITY FOR UAV USAGE WITHOUT THE CORRESPONDING OFFICIAL REGISTRATION

In this article the issues of UAV registration and administrative responsibility for UAV usage without registration are considered. The development dynamics of the legislation in this direction from 2014 to 2016 is considered. The shortcomings of registration procedure of the UAV, complexity in their lawful use are revealed. A number of measures simplifying the accounting procedure of UAV, and also their usage within the law is suggested.
