INNOVATION TECHNOLOGY OF PRACTICAL TRAINING ORGANIZATION AS A RESULTORIENTED MEANS OF DEVELOPMENT OF DESIGNER’S PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCIES

In the article, the necessity to apply the innovative methods of training within the process of training specialists of a new breed is proved. The best tool to form competency-based skills is the technology of simulation project. In the article the principles of implementing the simulation project are considered and the conditions of applying the technology for the organization of the learning environment for students studying upon the applied Bachelor's programmes are presented.
