CRIMINAL PROCESSUAL FORM AS A FACTOR DETERMINING THE SPECIFICITY OF THE CRIMINAL JUSTICE PROOF

The article is devoted to the peculiarities of the criminal procedural form. The paper concludes that the criminal procedural form determines the specifics of criminal procedural proof as a special kind of human cognition. Also in the article are given special signs of the criminal procedural form. The author substantiates the conclusion that some simplified criminal procedural forms distort the essence of criminal procedural proof as cognitive activity.
