DESIGN, EDUCATION AND SOCIETY: FORMS OF INTERACTION

The paper deals with some aspects of activity of Design Department in Tomsk State University with a focus on social aspect, expressed in cooperation with certain customers at task performance during academic activity. The students create design projects, develop corporate identity, event icons for certain occasions. Academic activity close with the professional one. The cooperation between the Design Department and children's art schools is of great importance as well as organization of international plein-airs and Alterdis design festival.
