AGILE PROJECT MANAGEMENT. COMPARATION WITH TRADITIONAL PROJECT MANAGEMENT

The one of the most important step in software development planning is a choosing of a project management model. Agile and traditional methodologies are singled out among the most frequently used approaches. In the article methods and concepts of both models are considered, analysis and comparison of their characteristics are performed, conditions and categories of projects in which the most suitable is one or another methodology are determined.
