POSSIBLE MANAGEMENT MODEL IN THE FUNCTION OF THE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT OF SERBIA

We live in time of faster, more dynamic, complex and unpredictable changes. These changes have a more significant impact on behaviour, business and economic management. Entering of our economics in a market “game” with the highly developed countries without a clear management model and without managers who are well prepared may easily be defeting. In this piece of work a possible management model in function of our country’s economic development will be presented since every country has got its own model accordingly with its possibilities and ways of economic development. The basic concept of this model is in a triangle ? marketing ? management ? human resources.
