Delegation of Competencies as a Factor of Financial Sector Development

The article reveals problems of financial sector development with regard to the consideration of the competencies delegation process as a stabilizing economic factor. On the basis of empirical research of the global financial institutions, proposed options for addressing problems of micro-, meso- and macro-levels in the long term development of the world economy in accordance with technological cycle of the Kondratiev waves. The research results of the article suppose the opening of new horizons and areas for scientific analysis, cooperation of science and practice, acceleration of scientific and technical progress.
