Abstract
Theoretical preconditions of direct foreign investments are considered. The motivational factors of eclectic theory of direct foreign investments are exposed. Advantages and lacks of concession agreements are grounded. On the basis of generalization of publications the most complete classifications of dignities and risks of state-private partnership are offered both for a public and for private partner.
