Resource payments as a basic tool of economic mechanism of nature

This paper investigates the current state of the environment in Ukraine. The measures undertaken to create a safe environment for human life and reproduction of the natural environment and the peculiarities of their funding. Found the problem to lack of funds actually allocated to finance the state Environmental Programs. It is shown that the main component of the economic mechanism of nature is a re-source payments, revealed deficiencies in the mechanism of their collection, and provided recommendations to address them.
