Methods of the central bank`s influence on liquidity of the commercial banks

Bank`s monetary policy has a huge influence on investing activities and liquidity of the commercial banks. This Fact is caused by essence and a role of the Central Bank in economy. The main task of the Bank of Russia, which coordinates commercial banks, is not only to strengthen a bank system, but also to maintain stability of the economy development. This article researches general methods of the Central Bank`s impact on commercial banks and analyzes level of that impact on banks` investing activities. Moreover, article analyzes main objectives and functions of the Central Bank and article describes system ofthe methods and instruments of monetary policy,which consists of a complex of the requirements, rules and standards.
