Gamification, as a tool of maintenance of high staff efficiency

Abstract
This article considers such a tool for personnel training as gamification, its advantages and disadvantages, as well as different ways to implement this tool in the personnel training system. Situational training allows using the results of employee training in real work activities. Recognized situations increase the relevance and contribute to empathy, which causes a sense of relevance of training and makes it less technical or scientific.
