Abstract
Today, a lot of companies are interested in retaining their clients and keep them coming back. Therefore, most of the companies implement various loyalty systems. The systems can vary from additional privileges to product discount cards which give additional bonuses to the clients. This article introduces a few classifications of loyalty systems and describes various groups of clients to whom these systems are directed. Also, the importance of these cards both for organizations and their clients are considered in the article. In addition, operating loyalty system cards in Irkutsk city are being investigated.
