EFFICIENCY OF MANAGEMENT BY UKRAINIAN ENTERPRISES: TENDENCIES, DIRECTIONS OF INCREASE, PROBLEMS OF ESTIMATION

The modern tendencies of efficiency of management on enterprises carrying out economic activity in industries of information technologies, buildings and in the field of health care of population are analyzed in the article. The basic lacks of the control system of the studied enterprises are certain. It is absence of the programs of cost effectiveness on the management, programs on the increase of labor productivity of workers, programs on the management by charges, lack of attention to the factors of growth of amount of discharges. Directions of increase of efficiency of management of the Ukrainian enterprises are certain. It is development and realization of the programs of cutback of spending on production and management; perfection of technologies of production and management; perfection of the informative providing of management through the automated systems; increase of labor productivity through effective motivational factors. Development of comfortable and informing methodical tool which would allow to take into account influencing of one effect on other, prospects of development of enterprise, influence of social factors on the level of efficiency of management, to the feature of business-processes of enterprise is the prospect of further researches in this direction.
