Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to consider the structural elements of the learning organization and to identify obstacles to the transformation of educational organization in self-educational. Effective knowledge management is a way to increase competitiveness and investment attractiveness. Knowledge management helps to create innovative products and new ideas. According to the author'еs approach the main phase of the study is to determine the main elements of educational organization. In this regard, the content of major concepts self-educational organization P. Senge, S.Hendrі, L. Leon, R. Mіller, T. Stewart, J. Scarborough, J. Burgoyne, A. Kleiner, M. Pedler are studied. Offers the way of the management of knowledge in frame of enterprise. The problem of improvement of professional skill is considered. The structural elements and the main traits of educational organization are determined. The main obstacles standing before the transformation of given organization into the self-educational organization are substantiated. A lot of questions dedicated to the ideas of self-educational organizations are studied. These questions include the following attitude to knowledge as a valuable resources. Results of the study allowed to determine the main to solutions of problems acquainted possibility of the realization to the ideas of self-educational organizations. The authoress finds it necessary to take a question about the main role management knowledge in frame of educational organization.
