Calculation of the cost-effectiveness of staff using the TCO

The article touches upon the theme of cost planning for staff as to the investment object. The central idea of the article is personnel assessment as an asset of the company. To assess and justify the economic effectiveness of individual costs for personnel are encouraged to use the TCO calculation. This indicator will assess the investment attractiveness, i.e. to consider personnel management process as an investment. Such a view on the planning of personnel costs will resonate as in finance and personnel management.
