Intellectual potential as priority aspect of strategic development of company

It is formulated the concept of intellectual potential. It shows the dominant influence on the efficiency and the possibility of further stable development of the company in accordance with modern trends of economic processes. The key elements of the mechanism are shown to create economic profit. On the example of PJSC "NKMZ" is shown the result of the impact of intellectual capital on the efficiency of production activities, and the relevance of in-plant training for the high-tech industry. For a more objective assessment of the impact of the intellectual potential of the company's profitability in the long term it is proposed to develop a mathematical model that will calculate the contribution of intellectual development. It is emphasized that the most weight is the problem relating to issues of further development of intellectual capacity, its structure and development of the method of valuation of the contribution of this intangible asset in to profitability of the company, the formation of the goodwill of the company and a solid competitive position in new markets.
