Abstract

Currently, the undisputed leader of the destruction of strong rocks by mining as open-pit and underground mining is drilling and blasting method. The main disadvantage of this method is the seismic effect of the explosion to rock, the violation of their integrity, the development of cracks and weakening of the array. The most acute effect is visible while production of block materials, delineation of mine workings. The use of lowblasting explosives, cartridges and charges for special constructions allow us to reduce dynamic impact on blasthole area, however, their use leads to higher costs and in some cases does not provide the necessary end results. For example, in the extraction of block stone losses reach more than thirty percent. One of the possible ways of solving this problem is the use of static methods of destruction of rocks. Currently, a variety of ways of non-explosive destruction, in particular, mechanical methods are developed. Most of these methods are under research and design development. Their industrial use is hampered by lack of equipment, low reliability, high energy consumption, hazardous impact on human, high cost. All these drawbacks force to look for ways to create a cheap and promising way of cutting hard rocks. One of the perspective directions of the static fracture of rocks is the use of non-explosive destructive compositions of LDCs. The features of the management of cracking in holes in the separation of the stone blocks with the use of non-explosive destructive compositions (LDCs) with industrial unit that contains control panels are analyzed. The conditions of crack growth of the split relative to the axes of anisotropy with the maximum or minimum strength are defined. The features of the control the direction of fracturing in boreholes in the separation of the stone blocks using a non-explosive mixtures destructive (LDCs) with industrial units, which include the control panels are analyzed. The conditions of crack growth of the split relative to the axes of anisotropy with the maximum or minimum strength are defined.
