SOCIAL ASPECTS OF MOBBING IN PROFESSIONAL ENVIRONMENT

Abstract

The article analyzes the mobbing as a social problem. The terminological study of various manifestations of behaviour have been conducted associated with putting pressure on the worker and the humiliation of his dignity. The issue of moral harassment has been reflected in works of a German psychologist, Heinz Leyman. The concept of research mobbing spread later in Norway, of Denmark and the German-speaking countries. To indicate unacceptable manifestations, violent behavior in the theory and practice of modern social, psychological and pedagogical science we use different terms: bulinh, mobbing, bosynh, harassment, mistreatment. Mobbing is considered one of the varieties of violence, which is mentioned along with such violence as murder, rape and robbery. The types of mobbing have been highlighted: vertical mobbing, bosynh, horizontal mobbing, bulinh "sandwich mobbing" or double mobbing. The essence of mobbing has been disclosed, its structure, which includes assumptions, factors, manifestations and consequences. Mobbing can be committed intentionally (deliberately, purposefully) and unconsciously (spontaneously); it can be latent and open; individual and group; chronic and episodic. There are internal and external causes of mobbing. The consequences of mobbing podyalyut into three groups: personal, corporate and social. The social consequences of uncontrolled spread provided mobbing in society threatened by the growth of public spending on psychological and social support to victims of mobbing, litigation against employers of mobbing and, reduced sense of security among the general naselennya.Slid noted that mobbing is widespread, though international law prohibits discrimination of all participants of labor relations. The characteristic forms of mobbing in a professional environment have been considered. Mobbing consequences have been systematized for the individual, enterprises and society as a whole. Awareness have been raised of the negative effects of mobbing updates assertion that the fight against mobbing in the professional environment is the basis of psychological well-being of the employee, the economic success of both individual businesses and the development of society and the country as a whole. Directions have been named for further research on the problem of mobbing, prevention of its manifestations in different types of groups (labor, children, pupils, etc.), search for effective forms of work with the victims of harassment, mobbing entities, employers, tolerant corporate culture.
