Abstract

The author of the article has paid the attention to deep social and economic changes that take place on verge of the third millennium in Ukraine, induce an education to introduction of NT that would claim a man as the greatest value. An elucidative association is a unique cell of society's intellectual potential. Only competent, independent and responsible, with clear civil positions individuality, or in the other words a man of culture, is able to update society, provide the state system of Ukraine and also develop the economy and culture of the country. Development of diagnostic tool relating to future teachers' cultural self-development problem research is marked with sufficient complications, which to a certain extent are explained by such circumstances. Firstly, the analysis of theoretical principles concerning future teachers' cultural self-development problem research witnessed complication, non-linearity and multifaceted nature of this phenomenon, that stipulated the ambiguousness of its essential and procedural different scientists' and scientific schools characteristics definition, and, accordingly, complication with the verification of this phenomenon and also the selection of adequate research methods. Secondly, these diagnostic methods, as a rule, are aimed on a revelation of self-improvement's features. Scientific literature emphasizes a fundamental complication of personality diagnostics' development implementation. The level of future teachers' cultural self-development needs to be examined as systematical description of student's personality, which reflects a presence and degree of corresponding qualities' formation and habits. Cultural self-development is determined by means of criteria, indexes and signs. It is necessary to take into account a scientific work of researchers in relation to the criteria of students' personal self-development, professional self-development of future specialists, general cultural competence, the formation of general culture of future teachers. We defined such criteria of future teachers' cultural self-development as cognitive, valued-motivational, active and reflexive. Diagnostics of future teachers' cultural self-development unavoidable actualizes the problem of norm as the sociocultural phenomenon, which influences on the processes of public relations' regulation. In course of time public relations in the process of development are becoming more difficult, that requires more difficult regulation too. Personality must consciously behave to the norms that regulate a behavior in a society, in case of necessity to study mobile and flexibly new ones, in accordance with a sociocultural situation.
