SPECIAL FEATURES OF ECONOMICS-STUDENTS TRAINING IN GERMAN-SPEAKING COUNTRIES

Abstract

The article deals with some peculiarities of training of future professional economists. Much attention has been paid to the effective factors of specialist training, formulation of goals and learning objectives; using the methods and forms of education; students motivation to learn; features of the educational process in different groups of students from Germany, Austria and Switzerland. The successful training of future specialists of German is influenced by the following factors: climate in the group, team; peculiarities of the environment; individual characteristics, skills; the development of technologies in the enterprise; the development strategy of the company; acquiring new activities. First, students are taught to develop the strategy, create an image of the desired future; further define the competencies needed to achieve a successful outcome. The following methods are used in the training process: analysis of information about workers; testing to identify the degree of competence and certain professional knowledge and skills; monitoring of activities of personnel in performing their tasks; preparation of individual professional development plan future; formation and implementation of short-term and long-term objectives; analysis of the effectiveness of a worker, eliminating sources of problems hindering its performance; identifying and analysis of internal and external factors that affect personnel; work with the heads of departments, surveys, questionnaires, interviews; processing and analysis of the wishes and suggestions of employees in their field of vocational training; formation of long-term strategy of the organization. With the help of theoretical studies on training of of specialists of economic profile the innovative directions and trends in professional education have been set: the social-economic situation in the country, academic mobility and the trend towards a unified educational space has created the need for a fresh look at the issues of training specialists from the standpoint of the quality of their education; expanding professional work and international labour market actualizes the problem of formation of intercultural, interdisciplinary knowledge, and skills necessary for professional adaptation in different socio-economic conditions and professional teams; component of the new educational concepts of steel and the key competencies that define the competence approach in vocational education and a system of pedagogical, psychological, philosophical and sociological knowledge in the structure of professional training.
