Abstract
The factious character of the real property appraisal does impossible determination of its market value. Purpose. To offer the base models of valuation of the real property and its physical and legal constituents. Conclusions. Determination of market value requires consideration of the real property as an integral object the physical and legal constituents of which are estimated by their payment in this value.
