Abstract
The decision-making scheme for implementation of Art. 3.4. of the Kyoto Protocol on the basis of data of forest management in RS(Ya) taking into account the woods being under direct influence of person, industry and agriculture is provided in the article. Justification of compliance of classification of the Yakutia lands according to the kinds of activity according to Art. 3.4 for definition of ecological and economic evaluation of prospects of implementation of the Kyoto Protocol.
