LEGAL TRANSLATION: EUROPEANISMS AS TRANSLATION PROBLEM (THE CASE OF TRANSLATION OF LEGISLATIVE ACTS FROM RUSSIAN INTO TATAR LANGUAGE)

The research of Europeanisms as lexical level of the text within problematics of translation of loans causes studying of phenomenon of translation in a linguistic paradigm of scientific knowledge. Relevance of the article is defined by the linguistic importance of the text nature of loans-Europeanisms as translation units in legal translation. As the result of the comparative analysis of the text of legal acts in Russian and its translation into the Tatar language rec-ommendations about the use of Europeanisms in the process of rule-making in Tatar language have been developed.
