Abstract
The essence of managerial decision is explored. The features of management decision making in risk management in innovative activity are determined. Reasonable measures for implementation of optimal courses of action from alternative options. It is determined that the decision-making process in a crisis situation is a dynamic, repetitive process aimed at achieving the planned results for the formation of conditions for sustainable development.
