Abstract

The article presents the results of the survey of personnel of restaurant enterprises in Kharkiv on the factors of material and non-material stimulation. The subject of research is factors of influence on labour behaviour of personnel of restaurant enterprises. The purpose of the article is to identify the features of motivation and stimulation of employees of restaurant enterprises in Kharkiv and the development of practical recommendations for the improvement of material motivation of labour. In the process of study used monographic, abstract-logical, sociological and other methods of research. The main demotivating factors of the visitors of Kharkiv restaurants are considered. It is revealed that the role of personnel in restaurant enterprises in Kharkiv is underestimated. The features of motivational types of restaurant enterprises workers in Kharkiv are determined. The methodical approach to building a system of material incentives based on a balanced scorecard is substantiated. The practical significance is that the results of the research can be used by specialists and managers of the structural subdivisions on work with the staff of restaurant enterprises in the process of their activities in improving payment and incentives for staff.
