SCHOOL PRODUCTION SITE AS THE BASIS OF SUCCESSFUL SOCIALIZATION OF TEENAGERS IN NEW CONDITIONS OF THE COMPETITIVE ENVIRONMENT (ON THE EXAMPLE OF THE REPUBLIC OF INGUSHETIA)

The research relevance is connected with the fact that today the main percent of inquiries of employers in the Republic of Ingushetia amount to working professions in the job market. According to the forecasts in 5 years a distinct shortage of specialized occupations will be formed in the labour market. Young people do not want to operate a machine, and strive to obtain higher education, which often is completely inapplicable in the region. As a result, the unemployed are nearly a half of the population in the market of the Republic of Ingushetia. The decision is to create a school based production sites, which will be the basis of successful socialization and adaptation of youth to new market conditions.
