Increase the Effectiveness of Training Managers in an Innovative Economy through Interactive Methods

The article is devoted to the definition of functions and directions of using interactive methods of training in the process of training managers in an innovative economy. Different approaches and classifications of interactive methods are considered, a brief analysis of each method and recommendations for their application is made. It is determined that the use of interactive methods in the training managers will help optimize the educational process of developing innovative management technologies, which meet the requirements of system, comlexity and will help make it more interesting.
