In the conditions of a transition period of social development the relevance of social work with youth which is the most active social community in the context of social action essentially increases. In this regard formation at representatives of this group of steady positive social skills is a key prerequisite for ensuring social stability. The technologies of social work used for achievement of this purpose should have two – uniform char- acter – to provide simultaneous pedagogical and educational influence. As methods of their realization according to a trend of modern social development it is necessary to use Internet technologies.
